Introductory Dance Classes - Lindy Hop and 1920s Charleston
We're starting our 33rd season with a 5-week session of beginning dance classes open to all. In this 2-for-1 session you'll learn the basics of Lindy Hop, the original swing dance, and 1920s Charleston, both solo and partnered variations. These are free classes for Savoy Swing Club members (see savoyswing.org to join!) and just $40 for nonmembers. Register at bit.ly/Savoy-class
Sept 8 - Oct 6, 2025. 7:30-9:15 pm. The Armory at Seattle Center, 4th Floor Studio C.
No partner required, teens and adults, all are welcome!
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes/sneakers. Bring a water bottle.

September 2025 SSCPT begins its 33rd season!
SSC Performance Troupe begins their 33rd season with over 480 appearances behind them. Other than the Big Apple Lindy Hoppers from New York City, Savoy Swing Club is the longest-running Lindy Hop troupe in the country. Returning from last year are nine long-time performers and one new troupe member along with four understudies.

Open rehearsals
Troupe rehearsals are open to anyone interested in learning fun jazz routines, line dances, and choreographed dance pieces. Rehearsals are every Monday evening, 7:30 - 10:00 pm, Seattle Center Armory, 4th Floor, Studio C. Wear comfortable or workout clothes and dance shoes or sneakers.
